However, we want to assure you that your satisfaction remains our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your soap, we are happy to offer a 50% refund of the amount you paid. While we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and safety standards, we are committed to making sure you feel valued and heard.
