Due to the nature of our herbal soaps and the importance of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.
However, we want to assure you that your satisfaction remains our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your soap, we are happy to offer a 50% refund of the amount you paid. While we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and safety standards, we are committed to making sure you feel valued and heard.
